Terms and Conditions

These terms explain your responsibilities and the conditions that apply when you use Peacemaker. Read them alongside the details shown for your transaction or service.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Operator, scope, and acceptance

Peacemaker is operated by PEACEMAKER CASH LTD (Peacemaker Cash Limited), referred to as Peacemaker, we, us, or our. These terms apply to our website, apps, shops, payment links, business tools, and related platform services.

By using the services, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the services. A specific merchant, developer, seller, delivery, or transaction agreement may add conditions for that service. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and security

You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter the transaction or act for the business you represent. Provide accurate information and complete identity, business, payment, or payout verification when required. Availability and limits can depend on verification, location, provider requirements, and risk checks.

Keep your account credentials, PIN, and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, use someone else's payment details without authority, or evade account restrictions.

3. Shops, listings, supply, and fulfillment

Sellers and service providers are responsible for lawful, accurate listings, pricing, stock, product condition, intellectual-property permissions, taxes, delivery commitments, and fulfillment. Buyers must review the listing, seller, delivery arrangements, and total charges before paying.

Where a shop sells warehouse or third-party products, the roles and fulfillment arrangements shown for the order apply. Markup, affiliate commission, delivery costs, and fees are subject to the applicable arrangement and completed settlement. A shop, listing, verification badge, market signal, or promotional link is not a guarantee of quality, availability, sales, or earnings.

4. Payments, escrow, wallets, and payouts

Review whether a payment is direct or escrow before authorising it. Direct payments are processed without the same conditional hold as escrow. Escrow payments are held pending the completion, approval, release, or dispute-resolution conditions applicable to that transaction. Do not assume that every Peacemaker transaction uses escrow.

Payment collection, settlement, and payout are separate stages. Wallet availability and payouts can depend on provider confirmation, identity checks, transaction limits, settlement schedules, disputes, reversals, and legal requirements. We may pause or restrict a transaction where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, a dispute, a provider issue, or a legal obligation.

Authorise only payments and transfers you intend to make. Check the beneficiary, currency, amount, and reference. If a payment is pending or its result is unclear, check its status or contact support before retrying to avoid a duplicate payment. Third-party payment-provider terms may also apply.

5. Prices, fees, and charges

The applicable price, platform fee, delivery charge, commission, and payment-provider charge depend on the service and transaction. Review the charges presented in the app, checkout, or agreed merchant arrangement before confirming. You remain responsible for taxes that apply to your activity. We do not promise a fixed profit, commission, or universal fee rate on this website.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the order, seller obligations, payment type, fulfillment evidence, release state, provider rules, and applicable law. A refund is not automatic merely because a transaction used Peacemaker. A released or direct payment may be more difficult to recover.

If an order is wrong, missing, unauthorised, or disputed, report it promptly using the transaction tools or email support@peacemaker.cash with your reference and evidence. Where possible, raise an issue before confirming completion or release. Buyers and sellers should participate in the review and provide accurate records. We may seek delivery evidence and other information to help resolve the issue.

Approved refunds and reversals remain subject to payment-provider processing. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory complaint, refund, or other consumer rights, or your right to approach a competent authority or court.

7. Content, connected services, and assistants

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the features you use and the audience settings you choose. Only upload or publish material you are entitled to share. Do not publish illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content or misuse another person's personal information.

Third-party sites, advertisements, WhatsApp connections, delivery providers, and other integrations may have their own terms. You are responsible for authorised use of connected accounts. Assistant output and market information can be incomplete or incorrect; review it before relying on it. Follow the transaction review and authorisation steps shown in the service.

8. Acceptable use and platform rights

Do not use Peacemaker for fraud, unlawful goods or services, money laundering, unauthorised access, malicious software, harassment, or interference with another user's account or the platform. Do not bypass security, misuse payment flows, or misrepresent a transaction.

Our branding, software, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Use of the services does not transfer ownership of those materials. Developer integrations must follow the applicable API documentation and access conditions.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the platform available and transaction records accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party outages, and errors can interrupt service. Sellers and fulfillment partners remain responsible for their goods and services unless a specific agreement provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peacemaker is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits caused by misuse of the platform, third-party fulfillment failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Escrow does not eliminate all transaction risk.

10. Restriction and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably required for security, suspected misuse, legal obligations, or breach of these terms. Account closure does not erase outstanding orders, disputes, amounts owed, or records we must lawfully retain. You may request account deletion using our published instructions.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate service channels where required. Any additional acceptance required by law will be requested.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. We encourage you to contact support first so we can review a complaint; this does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or approaching a competent court or regulator.

Contact PEACEMAKER CASH LTD (Peacemaker Cash Limited) at support@peacemaker.cash for questions about these terms. Include the relevant transaction reference for order or payment enquiries, but never your PIN, password, or one-time code.
